Complaint Procedure

Communicable Disease and Head Lice
When your child enters the school system, he/she will have a much wider circle of friends, and as a consequence, will be exposed to more communicable disease such as colds, influenza, conjunctivitis (pink eye), mumps, etc. If your child experiences any of these, please contact the school so that we may monitor this situation. School age children may sometimes come in contact with head lice and we ask that you check your child’s head regularly and should head lice be detected, please contact the school as well you may choose to contact your local pharmacist for advice.
Change of Address and Phone Number
Please advise the office immediately if you have a change of address, change of phone number or your child has a change in living arrangements. It is important that school keep all information relative to students up to date.
Lost and Found
Elementary student tends to lose their belongings at school. Because many children have similar items, children can sometimes have difficulty identifying their own. Our Lost and found area is often left with many unclaimed articles. If you label all your child’s belongings including jacket, tudung, kopiah, book bags, sneakers, school supplies, perhaps we can keep these losses to minimum. We ask you periodically check our lost and found area located in the school office for lost items.
PANDEMIC ISSUE – Pandemic/ Sudden Closure Due to Government
It is important that parents, as well as management, adopt a sense of understanding and empathy
towards one another during difficult time (pandemic/ closure due government) so that we can
overcome this together. In this respect, we appealed for parents’ understanding of their financial
obligation to pay the said monthly fees. Hence, the monthly fee charged is necessary for school to
sustain their operation and the teachers’ full salaries. If the government regulations at the time do
not allow for classes to be face-to-face, your child’s classes will be conducted online instead
Involvement
Parent can help in their development in a number of ways:
- Always talk to your child about ISLAM and being a good Muslim.
- Listen to your child. Children are very curios about the work around them. Always relate their question to Allah.
- Look at books and read stories together to encourage the development of reading habit.
- Reward your child when they do something good.
- Develop sharing and social integration.
- Encourage friendships with peer group, i.e children of a same age.
We hope that you and your child will have a wonderful and enjoyable experience with us at Intelligence Qalifah Education Learning Centre Sdn Bhd.
